About us
The leadership of Shackleton was the inspiration behind our name. He selected twenty-seven people for the Endurance expedition, from the 5,000 applications received. Shackleton knew how to lead with respect and simplicity, relaxing hierarchies, establishing daily routines and raising optimism during the time spent trapped by ice. They survived; an “impossible” feat achieved thanks to his leadership and to the whole team.
